The Waterproof Decorative Fiber Cement Board is crafted using premium silicate materials such as quartz powder, fly ash, and top-grade calcium materials including lime, calcium carbide mud, and cement. Reinforced with fiber materials like inorganic mineral or cellulose fibers, flame retardant additives are incorporated in precise ratios. After molding, the boards undergo autoclaved curing to expedite the curing reaction in high-temperature, high-pressure saturated steam. This leads to the formation of calcium silicate gel, followed by meticulous drying and a series of specialized processes.
