Introduction to Fluorocarbon Paint Board
UV fluorocarbon paint board is a new type of inorganic fireproof decorative board made of special fiber-reinforced cement board as the substrate. After multiple polishing, infiltration, and waterproof treatments on the surface, it is rolled or sprayed with two layers of UV fluorocarbon primer, three layers of colored UV fluorocarbon paint, and two layers of UV fluorocarbon varnish, and cured by eleven times of ultraviolet light
characteristic
UV fluorocarbon paint board has the following characteristics:
Water resistant, fire-resistant, pollution resistant, scratch resistant, friction resistant, acid and alkali resistant, impact resistant, UV resistant, and has ultra long weather resistance. Indoor use can have the same lifespan as the building, while outdoor use can have a lifespan of over 25 years. Colors and glossiness can be customized to meet different design needs.
Purpose
UV fluorocarbon paint plates are widely used in the following fields:
Interior wall decorative panel: used for interior wall decoration, providing a beautiful and durable decorative effect.
Exterior wall decorative panel: used for outdoor wall decoration, with good weather resistance and durability.
Subway decorative panels, tunnel decorative panels, civil air defense engineering fireproof decorative panels, and integrated insulation decorative panels: used in special environments and places that require high fire resistance performance.
Production process
The production process of UV fluorocarbon paint board includes the following steps:
Size
high |
2440-3050mm |
wide |
1220mm |
thickness |
200-800mm |
Substrate treatment: Select selected natural reinforcing fibers, high-strength Portland cement, fly ash, microsilica powder, additives and other materials, and use precise measurement, copying process to form blanks, press molding, saturated steam curing and other processes to produce special fiber-reinforced cement boards.
Surface treatment: Multiple polishing, infiltration, and waterproofing treatments are applied to the substrate.
Coating treatment: Roll coating or spray coating two layers of UV fluorocarbon primer, three layers of colored UV fluorocarbon paint, two layers of UV fluorocarbon varnish, and curing by UV light
