Introduction to Fluorocarbon Paint Board
The UV fluorocarbon paint board represents a revolutionary advancement in inorganic fireproof decorative boards. Crafted from a uniquely formulated fiber-reinforced cement board, its surface undergoes meticulous multi-step treatments including polishing, infiltration, and waterproofing. The board is then enhanced with dual layers of UV fluorocarbon primer, followed by a triple coat of vibrant UV fluorocarbon paints, and finally sealed with two layers of UV fluorocarbon varnish. Each layer is expertly cured through an eleven-stage ultraviolet light process, ensuring an impeccable finish and resilience.
Characteristic
The UV fluorocarbon paint board boasts an array of distinguished characteristics:
Exhibiting remarkable water and fire resistance, this board is designed to withstand pollution, scratches, friction, and impacts. It offers superior resistance to acid, alkali, and ultraviolet exposure, guaranteeing ultra-long weather durability. Indoors, it can last as long as the building itself, and outdoors, it promises a lifespan exceeding 25 years. Customizable in both color and gloss, it caters to diverse design aspirations.
Purpose
UV fluorocarbon paint plates find extensive applications across various sectors:
Interior Wall Decorative Panel: Ideal for interior settings, these panels provide an exquisite and enduring decorative touch to walls.
Exterior Wall Decorative Panel: Optimized for outdoor applications, these panels offer exceptional weather resistance and long-lasting durability.
Specialty Panels: Perfectly suited for subways, tunnels, civil air defense projects, and integrated insulation systems, these panels meet rigorous fireproofing demands in challenging environments.
Production Process
The crafting of UV fluorocarbon paint boards involves a meticulous production process:

Substrate Treatment: By selecting top-grade natural reinforcing fibers, high-strength Portland cement, fly ash, microsilica powder, and additional materials, precise measurement and replication processes are employed to form the blanks. These undergo press molding and saturated steam curing to produce the special fiber-reinforced cement boards.
Surface Treatment: This stage involves comprehensive polishing, infiltration, and waterproofing treatments to prepare the substrate.
Coating Treatment: The board receives a roll or spray coat of two UV fluorocarbon primer layers, three colored UV fluorocarbon paint layers, and two UV fluorocarbon varnish layers. Each coat is cured with precision using UV light to ensure the durability and vibrancy of the finish.
