Introduction to Fluorocarbon Paint Board
This innovative UV fluorocarbon paint board represents a groundbreaking advancement in inorganic fireproof decorative materials. Engineered from a unique fiber-reinforced cement board as its foundation, it undergoes rigorous surface preparation including extensive polishing, penetration, and waterproofing treatments. Subsequently, it is meticulously coated with two layers of UV fluorocarbon primer, followed by three vibrant layers of colored UV fluorocarbon paint, and capped with two protective layers of UV fluorocarbon varnish. The final step involves an eleven-stage ultraviolet light curing process, ensuring unmatched durability and aesthetic appeal.

Production Process
The sophisticated production process of our UV fluorocarbon paint board comprises the following stages:
Size
high |
2440-3050mm |
wide |
1220mm |
thickness |
200-800mm |
Substrate Treatment: This involves selecting premium natural reinforcing fibers, high-strength Portland cement, fly ash, microsilica powder, and precise additives. Through exacting measurements and replication processes, blanks are shaped, pressed into molds, and undergo saturated steam curing, resulting in high-quality, special fiber-reinforced cement boards.
Surface Treatment: The substrate receives multiple rounds of polishing, infiltration, and waterproofing, ensuring a flawless and resilient surface.
Coating Treatment: The board is then roll or spray coated with two foundational layers of UV fluorocarbon primer, followed by three colorful UV fluorocarbon paint layers, and two UV fluorocarbon varnish layers. The board is finalized with UV light curing, guaranteeing its premium finish and longevity.
