1. Production Process:
Our Waterproof Decorative Fiber Cement Board is expertly manufactured using carefully selected silicate materials like quartz powder and fly ash, along with premium calcium materials such as lime, calcium carbide mud, and cement. Incorporating flame retardant additives, the fiber materials (either inorganic mineral fiber or cellulose fiber loose short fiber) are proportionally blended, molded, and undergo autoclaved curing. Accelerated curing is achieved in high temperature and pressure saturated steam, resulting in the formation of calcium silicate gel. This is followed by a drying treatment and a series of specialized processes to achieve excellence.
