Product Features

Fiber Cement board has achieved AI level fire resistance and can withstand flames of 1000 degrees without aiding combustion. The surface only leaves black marks, but the board as a whole will not burn, preventing it from becoming a combustible material in a fire and causing serious fire situations. During combustion, harmful gases and black smoke are not produced, which avoids the harm of combustion gases to fire personnel and greatly reduces the risk of fire and improves the survival rate of personnel.

 

Fiber Cement board has excellent waterproof and moisture-proof performance. In semi outdoor or high humidity environments, cement fiberboard can still maintain its excellent performance and is not easy to sink, deform, mold, etc. This excellent waterproof and moisture-proof performance enables cement fiberboard to work stably in various harsh environments, especially suitable for building parts that require waterproof treatment.

Flexural Strength
The flexural strength of cement fiberboard is usually between 10-20MPa, which can meet the needs of exterior wall decoration and load-bearing. According to industry standard JC/T 626-2008, the flexural strength grade of fiber-reinforced cement slabs (TK slabs) is generally 14-16MPa
impact strength
The impact strength of cement fiberboard is also relatively high, usually above 0.25J/cm ³. This high impact resistance ensures that it can remain stable and not easily break when subjected to external impact.
