Substrate Treatment: It begins with the selection of premium natural reinforcing fibers, high-strength Portland cement, fly ash, microsilica powder, and specialized additives. Through precise measurement and a copying process, blanks are formed, pressed, and steam-cured to create premium fiber-reinforced cement boards.
Surface Treatment: The substrate undergoes multiple stages of polishing, infiltration, and waterproofing to enhance quality and resilience.
Coating Treatment: The process continues with two layers of UV fluorocarbon primer, three layers of vibrant UV fluorocarbon paint, and two layers of UV fluorocarbon varnish. Each layer is skillfully applied through rolling or spraying and cured using advanced UV light techniques.
