Product Description
Company Profile
Fiber Cement Board is mainly made of Portland cement and silicate materials as base and cellulose reinforced, forming in Hatschek process and high pressure (9000T press machine ) and fumigation(in autoclave for 24 hours),so it has the advantages of high strength, light weight, anti- freeze, water-resist, fire-proof, damp-proof, sound-absorption , no distortion and no radiation. Used as suspended ceiling, partition, heat insulating board, base plate, billboard, external wall panel, exterior wall cladding, paneling, moving floor, desktop board, fire-resistant air pipe ,back-liners, skirting lines, prefabricated structures, flooring, roofing, door shutters

Production process
Our Waterproof Decorative Fiber Cement Board is meticulously crafted using refined silicate materials such as quartz powder and fly ash, in conjunction with superior calcium components like lime, calcium carbide mud, and cement. To enhance the composition, fiber materials-whether inorganic mineral fibers or cellulose loose short fibers-are incorporated, alongside flame retardant additives in precise proportions. Following molding, the board undergoes autoclaved curing to expedite the curing reaction in a high-temperature, high-pressure saturated steam environment. This meticulous process results in the formation of calcium silicate gel, followed by drying treatment and a sequence of specialized procedures to ensure unparalleled quality.
