1. Production process:
Our Waterproof Decorative Fiber Cement Board is meticulously produced using top-tier silicate materials like quartz powder and fly ash, coupled with premium calcium sources such as lime and calcium carbide mud. Cement, paired with fiber materials like inorganic mineral fiber or cellulose fiber, forms the backbone of this innovative material. Flame retardant additives are carefully integrated. After molding, the material undergoes autoclaved curing to accelerate the bonding reactions in a high-temperature, high-pressure saturated steam environment.
