Introduction to Fluorocarbon Paint Board
Experience the innovation of our UV fluorocarbon paint board, an advanced inorganic fireproof decorative masterpiece crafted with precision. It starts with a unique fiber-reinforced cement board as its core. Through meticulous processes, including multiple stages of polishing, infiltration, and waterproofing, it is expertly coated with two layers of UV fluorocarbon primer, followed by three layers of vibrant UV fluorocarbon paint, and finally sealed with two layers of UV fluorocarbon varnish. This creates a surface that is not only visually captivating but also incredibly robust, thanks to eleven cycles of ultraviolet curing.
Characteristic
The UV fluorocarbon paint board boasts an array of unparalleled characteristics:
Impeccably water and fire-resistant, it defies pollution, scratches, friction, and even harsh chemical environments, offering supreme acid and alkali resistance. Its durability is unmatched, with remarkable impact resistance and UV protection ensuring longevity. Indoors, it stands the test of time as long as the building itself, while outdoors, it withstands the elements for over 25 years. Tailor-made colors and gloss ensure it aligns perfectly with diverse design visions.
Purpose
Our UV fluorocarbon paint plates serve a multitude of applications:
Interior wall decorative panel: Transform interiors with elegance and endurance, providing aesthetic appeal that lasts.
Exterior wall decorative panel: Enhance outdoor spaces with exceptional weather resistance and long-lasting beauty.
Subway decorative panels, tunnel decorative panels, civil air defense engineering fireproof decorative panels, and integrated insulation decorative panels: Ideal for specialized settings demanding high fire resistance and superior performance under challenging conditions.

Substrate treatment: Commence with carefully chosen natural reinforcing fibers, robust Portland cement, fly ash, microsilica powder, and specialized additives. These materials undergo meticulous measurement and replication processes to form blanks. This is followed by pressing, steam curing, and other sophisticated techniques to create our distinctive fiber-reinforced cement boards.
Surface treatment: The substrate is meticulously refined through numerous stages of polishing, infiltration, and waterproofing, ensuring resilience and quality.
Coating treatment: Each board is expertly finished with a precise roll or spray application of two layers of UV fluorocarbon primer, three layers of colored UV fluorocarbon paint, and two layers of UV fluorocarbon varnish. Following this, the coating is cured under ultraviolet light, enhancing its durability and finish.
